- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff is friendly, but don't try to call this store. You have to hold first, then someone will answer, just to ask you to hold again. I had some discrepancies with my banking information. No customer help at all once I got through the 15 minute hold time. Their online banking is very inaccurate.
